STRICT MANUFACTURING PROCESS

The production of an electric folding bike needs to be inspected through hundreds of procedures. From the entry of raw materials into the warehouse, to wheel set assembly, frame assembly, core components assembly, every link has QC to inspect and make records. After the e-bike is assembled, second team will conduct a functional test to ensure that this folding electric bike is in good condition. Finally our workers will carefully pack the parts with soft protection material to avoid scratch during the delivery.

QUESTION AND ANSWERS

  • What is the terms of payment?

    We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union and Paypal. For small order, customers prefer to choose 100%; for bulk order, 30%T/T as deposit and 70% before delivery.

  • Can I get a free sample?

    I fully understand your point,but it's not cheap as you know,so it's not workable for a factory. When you send the order ,we will return the sample fee to you, or you can deduct it from the account .

  • Do you accept ODM or OEM order?

    Of course, yes. As a original factory, we accept OEM and ODM order. 

  • Can I add my logo on ebike and package?

    We can add your brand or logo on ebike and package and it may cost some fee (about 100-200 dollars). We recommend to choose this service for bulk order.

  • What is delivery time?

    For sample order, it is always within 7 days. For bulk order, it is 25-35 days. If we design a total new model, it needs 45-60 days.
