STRICT MANUFACTURING PROCESS

The production of an electric fat bike needs to be inspected through hundreds of procedures. From the entry of raw materials into the warehouse, to wheel set assembly, frame assembly, core components assembly, every link has QC to inspect and make records. After the ebike is assembled, second team will conduct a functional test to ensure that this folding electric fat bike is in good condition. Finally our workers will carefully pack the parts with soft protection material to aviod scratch during the delivery.

Frame Assemble

When we receive folding electric bike frame from supplier, QC will conduct a series inspection to check whether there is uneven paint or damage caused by transportation.

After that, Hottech skillful workers will assemble qualified headset parts and the front fork units to prepare for the main assembly of the electric folding bike.
Wheel Assemble

Hottech skilled workers knit the wheel, meticulously assembling all its components, calibrate the wheel meticulously to guarantee the correct torque of the wheel sets, thereby ensuring optimal functionality.

We follow a precise process and rigorous quality control measures, which guarantee the stability and accuracy of each wheel we produce. We take pride in delivering wheels with highest standards and providing reliable products to customers.
Other Parts Assemble

In this step, we will assemble various core components, such as: display, brake, derailleur, grip, handlebar, crank, chain, kickstand, fender etc.

Do not ignore these small parts, even one missing screw, the performance of electric bike will be affected. Strictly SOP keeps that electric bicycle are assembled by instruction.
Function Test

Finishing all the assembly process, our QC will calibrate mechanical component such as brakes, derailleur, folder, kickstand etc. And we turn on the power, test the rotation of the motor, and assisted function of the display.

Then QC will ride every electric bicycle to climb 15-degree slope to ensure each e-bike in good performance

QUESTION AND ANSWERS

What is the terms of payment?

We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union and Paypal. For small order, customers prefer to choose 100%; for bulk order, 30%T/T as deposit and 70% before delivery.
Can I get a free sample?

I fully understand your point,but it's not cheap as you know,so it's not workable for a factory. When you send the order ,we will return the sample fee to you, or you can deduct it from the account .
Do you accept ODM or OEM order?

Of course, yes. As a original factory, we accept OEM and ODM order.
Can I add my logo on ebike and package?

We can add your brand or logo on ebike and package and it may cost some fee (about 100-200 dollars). We recommend to choose this service for bulk order.
What is delivery time?

For sample order, it is always within 7 days. For bulk order, it is 25-35 days. If we design a total new model, it needs 45-60 days.
